General Information

To all Massage Therapy Applicants and Schools:

If a student enrolled in a massage therapy program before August 5, 2014, the person is not required to meet the English test provision R4-15-201(C). Any person who enrolled after August 5, 2014, is required to meet R4-15-201(C).

A person may obtain additional public records related to any licensee or certificate holder, including dismissed complaints and nondisciplinary actions and orders, by contacting the board directly.
