Feel free to contact us by telephone or email to set up a consultation in order to discuss and review your legal needs, goals and objectives.

There are four main reasons why we need to meet with you for a consultation meeting:

1. We must verify your identity pursuant to Law Society of Alberta requirements.

2. We must perform a conflict search to see if there are any conflicts prior to giving legal advice (i.e. have we represented one or both parties in the past and if so, what kind of legal engagement was entered into?).

3. We must obtain further information. We know the questions we have to ask in order to determine the best way to proceed. We need to do this in conjunction with 1 and 2 above, otherwise, we run the risk of missing crucial information that helps us formulate our legal advice to you. We do not want to tell you something and lead you down a path, without understanding the full picture.

4. This is your opportunity to interview us. You must feel comfortable with our approach and most of all, trust your lawyer. There is no better way to do this than to meet with us to see if we are a good fit for you.
