Each course has an exclusive grading policy relative to specific assignments. In the Fundamentals courses, there is no grading policy. Fundamentals has been developed by the faculty to provide an introduction to the study of law at Concord. This program is not designed to be part of your performance evaluation at Concord. There are no grades recorded in the Fundamentals program and the course is not listed on your academic transcript. The program is to help you prepare to begin the study of law.
